Yewa North 2024: KABIYESI Joins Chairmanship Race.

Coming local government elections in Ogun has put hands on deck as the Sawonjo born Politician and Igan-Chief, Chief Dauda Adisa Obayomi popularly known as KABIYESI has Declared his intention to contest the post of the Executive Chairman Yewa North Local Government Areas of Ogun State.

Chief Obayomi in his Declaration letter titled "HOPE 2024" promised to change the narrative for the people of Yewa North Local Government in terms of poverty alleviation and bring onboard all infrastructural and social amenities development if elected as Chairman.

He outline his mission and vision for the people of Yewa North Local Government that if elected, his administration will prioritize the training and retraining of workers to ensure they are well equipped to deliver quality service.

Chief Obayomi Said road construction and development will receive priority attention, noting that a network of roads is a catalyst for rapid socio-economic development of rural communities.

He also promised to prioritize other critical sectors, including Water Supply, Agricultural development, Healthcare Delivery and Quality Education.

The APC Chairmanship Aspirant assured that he would strive hard to live up to expectations in the delivery of dividends of democracy to the people.

Obayomi called on the Youths, Women and the entire People of Yewa North Local Government to come out en masse to support him to achieve his vision and promised to work tirelessly to ensure that the local government is transformed and that the people are empowered to reach their full potential.

His words ” More jobs still need to be done because provision of infrastructure are things that need continuous attention.

” I am offering myself for a better transformation of Yewa North Local Government Area. I want to step in as the next chairman.

” I have observed that the health facilities and Rural Roads available at the moment are not enough to cater for the health needs of the people.

“So, we will ensure that we have more health centres and construction of roads in each community.

” We will also look into education, sports, security and others. In fact, we are on a pure transformation mission tagged "HOPE 2024"

KABIYESI as he was popularly called is a grassroot man he understand the language of his people even without them saying anything.

His vision for Yewa North is to create a prosperous and sustainable community, where everyone has access to basic amenities and opportunities for growth.
