The Ogun State All Progressive Congress APC concensus Candidate Senator Olamilekan Adeola Solomon popularly known as ( YAYI) risked disqualification from 2027 Gubernatorial race if the facts and figures been requested through the filling of freedom of information matter at the Federal High Court, Abeokuta are granted.
In the matter with Suit number..FHC/CS/AB/87/2026... Professor Awolola Awofala Awoniyi the Plaintiff is requesting for the information of the particulars of Senator Adeola Solomon from INEC and the Guardian Newspaper.
The requested information is highly important to know the status of Adeola Olamilekan Solomon YAYI when he was a staff of Guardian Newspaper and also to know wether truly he committed one offence or the other that primarily led to his alleged dismissal or sack by the management of Guardian Newspaper.
Also, it is very important to compare the records submitted to INEC by Adeola Olamilekan Solomon with the records of his services at the Guardian Newspaper and that of Alimosho in particular and Lagos West in general viz a viz his dual citizenship and indigenship of Lagos and Ogun State at the same time without a second interval.
In a swift response at the Federal High Court today, the Counsel who represented All Progressive Congress APC from the chamber of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria Barr. A. A. Ibrahim SAN filled a counter affidavit deposed by Mr. Abdulahi . The matter is today adjourned to enable the baliff to properly serve Senator Adeola Olamilekan Solomon and the management of Guardian Newspaper.
