OGUN AGOG AS COMMONWEALTH YOUTH ORGANIZATION NIGERIA ELECTED NEW EXECUTIVES AT THEIR 20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION.



A great day in the history of the Commonwealth Youth Organization of Nigeria Ogun State Chapter as a new management team was sworn in at the 20th-anniversary celebration held  at the Commonwealth Office, Old Secretariat, Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta.

The Founding State Coordinator, Apostle Dr. Tola Adenekan congratulated the new management team, took them through the Structures and Objectives of the Organization and urged them to ensure high level integrity, transparency and inclusiveness for quality service delivery. 

 The celebration also witnessed the Capacity Building Lectures on the Attainment of SDG and Violence Against Person emphasizing the importance of all 17 Goals and how achievement of one will lead to others.



The two resource persons, Ms.  Mojisola Akinsanya and Mr. Sola Olufemi enumerated the benefit of understanding  global issues as accelerator for  locai youth programming. 

The new Executives of the Commonwealth Youth Organisation of Nigeria Ogun State Chapter are: State Coordinator: Ojo Emmanuel Enitan, Director of Administration: Olokadana Christopher, Director of Finance: Mrs. Olutayo Muinat Labake, Director of Programme: Tolani Sodipe and Director, Monitoring and Evaluation: Ojeleye Oluwasegun.

Others are: Director of Campus Extension: Amuda Tajudeen Gbenga while Mrs. Babatunde Adetutu and Obadimu Olusola we're named Ex-Officio.  

Nine (9) Local Government Administrators were also appointed, they include Sogogreat Ademola; Ewekoro, Oluwemimo Benjamin; Obafemi-Owode,  Awonaya Moses; Ijebu East, Sopitan Sarafadeen; Remo North, Owolaye Bamidele; Odeda, others are Adedeji Adenekan; Abeokuta South, Sowunmi Emmanuel; Odogbolu, Kafidipe Tobiloba;  Abeokuta North, and Enitan Taiwo; Ado-odo Ota.

In his acceptance speech, the new State Coordinator, Comrade Ojo Emmanuel Enitan, Pledged that he and his team will work tirelessly towards fostering unity and promoting the rich norms and culture of the Organization and the Nation at large. 

He charged members for the utmost support to collectively achieve the goals of Commonwealth Youth Organisation  of Nigeria, guided by the principles of transparency, accountability, and good governance.
