“GBENGA DANIEL IS A GOOD LANDLORD”. ….Pastor Adeboye
The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has described the former Governor of Ogun State, His Excellency, Otunba Gbenga Daniel of as a good landlord.
Pastor Adeboye made this declaration today at a prayer meeting for the dedication of the sprawling Emzor Pharmaceutical factories at the Sagamu Interchange in Ogun State.
According to Pastor Adeboye, while his Excellency Otunba Gbenga Daniel was the Governor of Ogun State, he was a good host and made it possible and convenient for several organisations to have good land allocations in the State.
He made reference to the Flower Gate Industrial Estate and particularly the Emzor Pharmaceutical Factory as one of the testimonies of the fact that His Excellency, Otunba Gbenga Daniel is a good landlord.
Also corroborating the statement by Pastor Adeboye was Dr. Stella Chinyelu Okoli, OON, the Founder and Group Managing Director of Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, who also testified to the magnanimity of Otunba Gbenga Daniel while he was governor of Ogun State.
She gave testimonies of how Otunba Gbenga Daniel facilitated the establishment of the Emzor Pharmaceutical in Sagamu, Ogun state following the inability of the organisation to secure a good location.
She recalled how Emzor got the land when “OGD just called me and said if you’re looking for space come to Ogun State, I will give you land”
Emzor Pharmaceutical factories has already started operations in Sagamu Interchange, Ogun State and has employed several hundreds of young men and women, both skilled and unskilled.
The sprawling Emzor Pharmaceutical factories the Shagamu is yet another testimony of the good governance and proactive leadership skills of Otunba Gbenga Daniel when he was Governor of Ogun State, Nigeria.
Other dignitaries at the event included The Paramount Traditional Ruler and AKARIGBO of Remoland, Oba Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, Torungbuwa II, popular saxophonist, Pastor Kunle Ajayi and members of the Gateway Movement Team, Sagamu LG.
