Happy Birthday To The Legend, (Chief Sesan Showunmi).

 

The Chairman Police Community Relations Committee PCRC Adatan Royal Area Command Hon Taiwo Akinlabi on behalf of the leaders and members has congratulated our Grand Patron PCRC Adatan Royal Area Command and Chairman Cocoa Association of Nigeria Ogun State Chapter, Chief Olusesan Oyedele Showunmi on the joyous occasion of his birthday.

Your role as a businessman, a father of repute and integrity as the Chairman Cocoa Association of Nigeria Ogun State Chapter show the extent of your immense contribution to the society and nation building.

Akinlabi in a statement made available said, many years ago, a *Legend* was specially gifted to the family of Showunmi. As today marks the birthday of such a great asset, all we pray for, is God's continuous blessings and good health for him.

Nature brought into the world an intelligent but a principled young boy who would later grow up to become an astute political icon and a patriotic nationalist whose intellectual prowess and ingenuity would transform Cocoa Sector, and make it the strongest and most viable economic pillar for Ogun State and Nigeria development.

Chief Sesan Showunmi is one of the founding members of cocoa farmers Association whose commitment, dedication, loyalty and financial contributions towards the growth and development of the association is worthy of emulations.

Chief Olusesan Oyedele Showunmi is the Chairman/CEO Distinction Super Torch Nigeria Limited and the current Chairman Cocoa Association of Nigeria, Ogun State Chapter.

So far, he is the only last man standing to have been privileged to be elected two consecutive as Chairman Cocoa Association of Nigeria Ogun State Chapter and has earned him several global awards as the Best Chairman Cocoa Association of Nigeria Ogun State Chapter.
