Land Dispute: How Ayodeji Adegbola (KALAM) Floors Lukman Jimoh Ogo-Oluwa (LUKJIM) in Court.

One Alhaji Ayodeji Adegbola and his extended family members have been adjudge the lawful owners of 8.77 archers the of land located at Mowe in Obafemi Owode local government Area of Ogun State.


The presiding judge, Justice Bamgbose deliver the judgement on the suit file by Alhaji Lukman against the said family which took place at Court eight (8), Ogun State high Court isabo, Abeokuta.


Mine while, on the 27th of December 2016, A litigation on land matters with suit No AB/384/2016 open for hearing before the Justice Bamgbose at Ogun State high Court eight (8), isabo, Abeokuta.


One Alhaji Lukman Jimoh and three others standing as claimers petitioned Alhaji Ayodeji Adegbola and his extended family members to vacate an 8.77 archers of land at Mowe in Obafemi Owode local government for lawful pocession.


The defendant, Alhaji Ayodeji Adegbola and his extended family members having presented certified copies of the documentations on the land that was said that was duly purchased and in respect of Faloore Olatunbosun presented all before the Court.


Ayodeji Adegbola further explained that the said land was directly paid for to the owner of the land, Alhaji Tajudeen Jimoh in year 2002, After the demise of Alhaji Tajudeen Jimoh, his son, one Lukman Jimoh later runs to collect ratification from Ayodeji Adegbola to the two of three (3) million dated 17th May, 31st May and 2nd of November respectively all in year 2012.


The two parties who thereafter present their petitioned before the court team up with documents and evidences.


In his Judgement, the presiding judge in the matter, Justice Bamgbose said after going through the evidences before him stated that the claim evidences of the defendant, Ayodeji Adegbola popularly called KLM prove his case beyond reasonable thout of being the rightful owner of the property and was favour with the judgement.


After the judgement, Ayodeji Adegbola and his family members appreciated God for the victory.


The defendant counsel, Barr. Kehinde Ayanwale and Barr. Oyero also thank God in the judgement, efforts to speak with the counsel to the claimant, Bar. Ayotunde Soderu proved abortive as he declined.
