Easter: Unity, Peace and Love Should Be Our Utmost Premium in Nigeria, Igbimo Yoruba

I bring you Special greetings from His Majesty, Aare Oladotun Hassan (Esq), President, Igbimo Apapo Yoruba L'agbaye; apex umbrella body to the Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide and Yoruba Council of Women Worldwide, alongside all affiliated groups- to all the great sons and daughters of Oduduwa and by extension the entire Nigeria at large and global community.

It's Easter Sunday today- hallelujah! His Majesty's greetings to us all! As today is a special day meant to identify and indeed celebrate our Christian faithfuls, the death and resurrection of Christ resonate love, peace, endurance, tolerance and sacrifice, this is most profound emulation and ultimate opium Nigerians should exhibits amongst one another.

We are aware of the high level of killings, corruption and disunity in the country, hence it is incumbent upon all of us to shun destructive elements and traits that is geared towards total destruction of the nation.

In view of the global covid 19 pandemic, the Aare Oladotun Hassan implores all citizens to adhere strictly to all government's instructions and advisories; by maintaining regular hand washing, social distancing, total health hygiene and environmental sanitation .

We join all in this spirit of celebration. As it also behoves on us all to remind ourselves of the essence and lessons of the season thereby extracting for ourselves some morals that will ultimately make us a better person and of a great turnaround to our individual lives and as a group.

Among others, here are some lessons of the season: life of sacrifice, humility, love, and truth! Christ love is amazing and unconditional, humility is beyond description, He live a life of service/sacrifice, He represents the Truth- in Him indeed is the way and life!!!

His Majesty enjoin us to please place these significant lessons always and at all times in our hearts, and living a life that will be a true replica of these virtues...A TYPICAL OMOLUABI VIRTUE!!! These which will make us most fulfilling and inevitably help push the human race forward!
