BuhariResign: Garba Shehu, Femi Adesina Have Lost Sense of Decency and Decorum..... Fabiyi Oladimeji

It is very heartbreaking to see  what the two President Buhari’s spokespersons have become, by reducing  critical National issues such as security to mere child’s play and inconsequential in Nigeria.

In an efforts to satisfy their paymaster, they have resorted to stop at nothing, but to justify failures of leadership, biting insecurity, incompetence and obvious non performance of Buhari’s government, more especially in the areas of security, economy and Corruption fight they made Nigerians to believe were their core competencies .

It is also shameful to read Garba Shehu’s response to the patriotic calls  by some lawmakers for the resignation of the failed President Buhari . Garba Shehu demonstrated crass ignorance of what Nigerians are going through in the hands of bandit, kidnappers, terrorists and communal jingoist.

Rather than Garba Shehu to respond true to issues and, make extra efforts to present what the Government will further do to ameliorate the teething security challenges that is a present dangers to our existence as a nation, he chose to shamefully dance naked and dwell on Nnamdi Kanu bail administration and resorted to personal attacks.

Let it be on record that Sen. Abaribe and others who spoke on the obvious insecurity in our nation and asked President Buhari to resign have spoken the minds of millions of Nigerians including Garba Shehu and  all Buhari apologist and psycophants.
Sen. Abaribe is patriotic Nigerian, reducing him to an “Armchair critic “ is to say the least laughable and unfortunate. I commend him a million times.

I am sure if the statements had emanated from an APC lawmakers, Garba Shehu would have asked him to apologize and sin no more.

If Buhari’s Government had done the needful to secure Nigerians and grow our economy, will anyone have followed or listened to Nnamdi Kanu? Would an entire race or any region for that matter have complained of exclusion or agitate secession?

Nigerians are waiting to hear what the likes of Garba Shehu and Femi Adesina would say when one or any members of their family are either killed , abducted or kidnapped by the rampaging bandits and terrorist that have killed and maimed millions of Nigerians and still counting. 

I wonder why Garba Shehu have forgotten so soon that it is the primary responsibility of the Government to provide security of  life and properties to the citizens .

It will however, not be out of place to ask President Buhari to resign since he found it very difficult to sack the non performing service Chiefs.

It is my expectation that with the loud cries of Nigerians for the sack of failed and fatigued service Chiefs, the President must show responsibility by hearken to these  lives calling for change,   the service Chiefs should by now be very ashamed to remain in office for another seconds as Nigerians have passed vote of no confidence on them.

Interestingly, the options before Buhari are  very limited, it is either he performs or resigns. I will rather advice him to press the RED BUTTON and resign.

These folks should be reminded that  they will be out of government one day  and our reality should guide us. Genuine concerns should not be seen and treated as negative criticisms or anti governments’ at all times.
Nigerians deserve better.
