Children Day: Nigeria Youth Project Rejoice With Nigeria Children

The Nigeria Youth Project joyfully rejoice with entire Nigeria children on this occasion of Children's Day.

Despite the present challenges facing our dear country orchestrated by the present leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari, we stronhly believe that the resolve, dreams and passion of Nigerian Children will never bleak because they are the most promising future leaders of Africa.

We share in the griefs of the children whose friends, colleagues and mates are facing difficult times in IDP camps, terrorised by Boko Haram terrorists, kidnapped and killed indiscriminately.  We also share in the pains of children passing through difficulties due to the unfavorable economic condition that has greeted the country.

We urge the government of Buhari to use this opportunity to right their numerous wrongs and see to the plight of Nigeria children, especially, see to the release of teenager Leah Sharibu and other children in Boko Haram captivity.

Despite the myriads of hardship, we are optimistic that the greatness domiciled in Nigeria Children by God can never be cut short.

We celebrate with Nigeria children and wish them a joyful and happy children's day.

We also bring message of hope and good tidings  from our principal Senator Ahmed Mohammed  Makarfi who has stated that, "the Nigerian Child deserves freedom and peace in his fatherland and it is therefore the responsibility of Government at all levels to ensure that it is guaranteed as that is part of the contract it undertook in 2015"

The principal also enjoined parents to  "ensure full participation in the political architecture for a better future for their wards as we approach electioneering times with 2019 in mind".
