When President Bola Ahmed Tinubu campaigned in 2023, Nigerians heard promises of improved security, job creation, economic growth, better electricity, food security, and relief from hardship.
Today, as Nigerians continue to grapple with the cost of living, food affordability, business expenses, and insecurity, an important question deserves attention: How much progress have ordinary citizens truly experienced?
While the administration points to economic reforms and signs of recovery, the everyday struggles of many households remind us that economic progress must be felt in people's pockets, homes, and communities—not just measured in statistics.
For Com. Dr. Sanyaolu Abayomi (CSA), APM Ogun State Chairman, the time has come for Nigerians to reflect, ask difficult questions, and consider a new political direction.
𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗬
Nigeria needs leadership that prioritises service over self-interest, competence over empty promises, and accountability over excuses. Nigerians deserve practical solutions to unemployment, insecurity, rising living costs, and unreliable infrastructure.
As 2027 approaches, CSA calls on citizens to look beyond familiar political loyalties and carefully examine the alternatives before them.
𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘/𝗗𝗔𝗨𝗥𝗔?
Under the platform of the Allied People's Movement (APM), the Makinde/Daura ticket—His Excellency Engr. Seyi Abiodun Omo Makinde and His Excellency Alhaji Lawal Musa Daura—is being presented as an alternative for Nigerians to consider.
For CSA, the task is to build a movement centred on national renewal, grassroots participation, and people-oriented leadership.
The ticket must make its case through a clear, credible programme addressing the concerns of everyday Nigerians. Ultimately, voters deserve leaders who can explain not just what they intend to do, but how they plan to achieve it.
𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗦, 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗩𝗢𝗧𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥!
As the 2027 elections approach, do not vote blindly. Ask questions, examine the candidates, compare their programmes, and demand accountability from everyone seeking your mandate.
Nigeria's future should not be about recycling political loyalties; it should be about choosing the leadership and ideas that can deliver a better future.
CSA believes the time is right for a stronger national conversation about leadership, responsibility, and the future we want to build together.
