Ogun Chapter of The ADC Coalition Support Network Launched in Abeokuta.

 


As the 2027 general elections draw nearer with the African Democratic Congress (ADC) acting as a platform for opposition forces, The African Democratic Congress Coalition Support Network ADC CSN Ogun State Chapter in line with the ADC national support has been launched in Abeokuta the Ogun State Capital.



The ADC CSN involves prominent figures aiming to challenge the APC in Ogun State and Nigeria at large.


In his welcome Address, the Ogun State coordinator of the group Comrade Quazeem Olamilekan Shoneye popularly known as (Bebe Alayah) said the ADC Coalition Support Network is heavily targeting the 2027 general elections in Ogun State, Nigeria in particular, to also focusing on issues of good governance generally.



According to him, the national coalition support network was lunched in Abuja recently where appointment letter was presented to each coordinator from all the 36 State of the federation, the Ogun State chapter was also lunched with the presentation of letter of appointment to all the twenty local government coordinators and State executive members.



Comrade Shoneye explained further  that the ADC Coalition Support Network was set up to mobilize Nigerians for peace, unity, security, stability, love, welfare and the wellbeing of vulnerable Nigerians, particularly youth and women who, according to him, have been at the receiving end of national crises.



After the inauguration, the Deputy Coordinator Mrs Bunmi Layeni said when we communicate discipline, we show the State and the nation the kind of leadership ADC is preparing for the masses, she urged all coordinators to go back home and implement all information in their local government and then asked for peace and unity among members of the group.



The State Woman Leader, Mrs Oluwakemi Sanyaolu said as someone who believes deeply in grassroots development and inclusion, she encouraged women to go out and mobilise, that this process will help ADC grow stronger and ensure that opportunities and development will reach everyone if the time comes.


I encourage our youths most especially women, traders, artisans, and professionals to come out and join ADC CSN. Together, we can continue to build a stronger ADC and a better future for our dear State and Nation, Sanyaolu said.
