Renewal Agenda: Return Ibara GRA back to Civil Servants, Or Else Your Project Will End up Not Occupied, Showunmi Tells Ogun Government.

The leader of the non political movement, the Alternative, Otunba Dr. Segun Showunmi has appealed to Ogun State government led by Prince Dapo Abiodun CON to make sure the renewal project going on at the Ibara Government Reservation Area (GRA) is considered and returned back to the civil servants, According to Ogun State landscape, the Ibara Government Reservation Area was created for the Ogun State Civil Servants 

Showunmi, while speaking on Monday at the press conference organised by the Correspondents Chapel of the Nigeria Union of journalists (NUJ) Ogun State.

"You can't be using land tanous only for sales that government should be interested in creating mixed development that can allow the civil servants to leave in their original location because that project the government are doing in ibara will end up as a place that will not be occupied that ibara was created for civil servants they own the Surveyed, the brand and the equity of the place but when you moved them out with your renewal agenda, but must your renewal always be in the direction of the rich alone and so called leaders and elders can not says the truth because they have allowed themselves to be compromised".

"No society will allow people to seat in authority and miss appreciate the communal land. Let History did the Judge of my Agony, my strength, my encouragement and my suggestion that we may look one day and say I've done my part", Showunmi Says.
