ONE YEAR IN OFFICE : Excitement As Hon. Olaifa Donates Educational Materials to School Children's.

It was joyful and excitement as part of his campaign promises, the Honourable Councillor representing Sunren Ward 9 in Ifo Local Government, Hon. Abdul-Akeem Adekunle Alabi Olaifa has donated educational materials to over 2,500 public and private pupils across Sunren Ward in Ifo local government Areas of Ogun State.
Performing the distribution of the learning materials, Hon. Abdul-Akeem Olaifa thanked the performing governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun (CON) for providing an enabling environment for the growth of education in Ifo local government.
The materials including, Exercise books, Biros, Pencils, Cleaners and many more were to support pupils in their academic journey. Hon. Olaifa said the initiative aims to enhance the academic experience of pupils and encourage their commitment to education as future leaders.
He noted that this government has considered the matter of giving every child the best start in life, that the government led by Hon. Idris Olalekan Kusimo has a mission to break down the barriers to opportunity for children and young people.
It is on record that Hon. Olaifa has given the same educational materials to public schools alone during his six months in office but now spread the donations to both public and private pupils to mark his one year in office as Councillor Sunren Ward where he promised to be a continuous exercise every blessed year.
Also in line with his sustainability goals, Hon. Abdul-Akeem Adekunle Alabi Olaifa also donates cash to thirty pupils for new uniform, he also pledged to pay for first school leaving certificate of best five pupils of community primary school, Olorunsogo in Sunren Ward. He said supporting his communities education agenda through the donation of books and learning materials to schools across Sunren Ward that education remains the heartbeat of our development, and together, we'll keep building a future where every child has the opportunity to learn and thrive.
"The development of every society is dependent on the quality of education given to our children, because today's children are tomorrow's leaders. This is why I have procured these educational materials and others to support learning in our schools," he said.
After the school hours, Hon. Olaifa made a surprise visit to the non indigenous people to let them know he is still in their midst where he also donates another set of exercise books and other learning materials to them. To round it up, all the Seven Community Development Association under Sunren Ward also benefited from the distribution of the educational materials.
The gesture has continued to attract commendation from parents, teachers and community leaders who lauded Hon. Abdul-Akeem Adekunle Olaifa for his unwavering dedication to nurturing pupils and supporting educational development in Sunren Ward.
