CANADA BASED NIGERIAN MULTI-BILLION NAIRA HOTEL NEARS COMPLETION.
Abeokuta --- CEO Feliza group of companies, Mr Olufemi Ayeyemi has joined the growing list of Nigeria's overseas-based stars making significant investments back home.
Speaking in Ogun during project tour of his Multi-Billion Naira hotel and Suites project, Mr Olufemi Ayeyemi disclosed the the project will become the biggest hotel in Ogun State with Sixty Two (62) Rooms, Events Centre with 2000, 500, 200 Capacity, Swimming pool, Restaurants Gym, three set of 33kva generators and other facilities.
Two story Building of 62 Rooms nearly Completed for HotelThe Four billion naira (#4b) Luxury Project is located at Feliza street, Ijeja Community at Obada-Oko in Ewekoro Local Government Areas of Ogun State had attained 80 per cent completion label as at today is closed to completion. And if feelers from project are anything to go by, the building, which may redefine hospitality business in Nigeria, May open for business by October 30th. The Multi-Billion Naira edifice is one of the most massive building projects that Feliza has embarked on in many years.
Three in one building for events centreMr Olufemi Ayeyemi also said the project is expected to create thousands of new direct and indirect jobs and hundreds of SME in the country.

We need the government’s assistance. This is just a road within a community, if you go to the major roads, they’re all bad. If the road is fixed it will boost the business.”
With my experience and exposure in Canada, I ensured that all piece of equipment used for the building is state-of-the-art, to mention view is the Centralised Air Conditions which we have not witness such around this vicinity. He concluded.
Inspection of the Facilities by men of the PressAlso in her response too, Mrs Elizabeth Ayeyemi, said “The government should help everybody out these mess. Many people want to invest in Nigeria but because of the insecurity, bad roads. If the government can help fix the road everyone will want to invest.”
