INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY: OTUNBA OLAWALE SOYODE SALUTES PHENOMENAL WOMEN OF IFO LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Ifo local government Otunba Olawale Olorunsola Soyode FCA, has salutes all incredible , hardworking and resilient women across Ifo local government, especially those in the All Progressive Congress (APC), on the International Women's Day. 

As we commemorate this special day under the theme "For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment," let us reflect on the remarkable progress made towards gender equality and women's empowerment by expediting the execution of the Affirmative Action Act.

We must also acknowledge the challenges ahead and reaffirm our commitment to mentoring women to take on leadership roles, empowering them to reach their full potential, protecting their rights, and promoting equality in all aspects of life. 

Otunba Soyode acknowledges the importance of women's empowerment and encourages women to take on leadership positions. You are the backbone of our communities, the nurturers of our families and the pillars of our society. You unwevring support, dedication and contributions to the growth and development of Ifo local government do not go unnoticed.

Women will continue to be pillars of strength, hope, and resilience, promoting unity, empowerment, and inclusivity in decision-making as we strive for a brighter future for our beloved country.To achieve this, it is imperative that we expedite action on the 30 percent quota and empower women to be at the decision making table.
