Tension Escalates in Abeokuta South APC As Seun Folawole Declared For Chairmanship Seat.

  

Coming local government elections in Ogun State has put some hands on deck as the tension within the Abeokuta South chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has reached a fever pitch as Ekerin of Igbore land in Abeokuta South local government, Hon. Oluwaseun Folawole Declared his intention to run for the of the Executive Chairman of Abeokuta South local government in the coming local government elections slated to hold on Saturday November 16th 2024.

Hon. Folawole said his intension was to transform all the Sectors in Abeokuta South local government that the development of the premier LG is paramount in his mind.

As a local government Chairman, I am deeply committed to working alongside the APC loyal elephants Youth group to bring their vision to life. I believe that empowering our youths is key to building a stronger and more prosperous society. Together, we can create a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. I am excited about the journey ahead and look forward to collaborating with talented young leaders to achieve our shared of goals, said Hon. Folawole.

In my blueprint is to look at the opportunity and echoed to the youth group is the development I want to achieve so far ranging from water provision, employment, Drainage and Road Construction to human services!.

HERE ARE HON. FOLAWOLE'S FIVE POINTS AGENGA--------:

1 EDUCATION– My team and I will provide bursaries and scholarships to needy students in each ward within our local government council area with at least minimum reasonable number from each ward.

2 ROAD & INFRASTRUCTURE– We will corporate and work with the state government and notable private sectors within the LGA for the construction, tarmacking and upgrade of all major roads within our local government.

3 AGRI-BUSINESS– We have planned to invest a huge some of capital into agriculture across all the wards to support agricultural businesses and produce in the LGA with a robust plan of building a modern market in every ward to leverage a speed to market of all the produce especially to the residents of the LGA.

4 YOUTH– My team and I will ensure that all our youths have access to modern technology facilities in their various wards with concentration of a digital hub in a centralized location within the LGA where they will have oppurtunity to learn and upgrade their tech skills within our first 100days in office.

5 HEALTH & SANITATION– We Plan to build a modern health care in each ward across the LGA within the first year of our tenure in of Office

He was known as Oganla of Igbore land before he was elevated to Ekerin of Igbore land, He was also the Akingbogun of Igbore Christians.

Hon. Folawole was former councilor representing Ward One 01, Former Chief Whip of the house, Former Special Adviser to the LG Chairman on Youth and Sport and Supervisor for Environment.
