We Are at Such a Moment Where it Seems No One is Sure of “Justice in Judgements” , Otunba Segun Showunmi

The judgement will be studied but suffice it to say thank you to MiLord Justice Jane Iyang for the courage it took for her to write her dissenting judgment. 

We are at such a moment where it seems no one is sure of “Justice in judgements” as a result of how contradictory positions have come from our tribunals on similar issues. 

Her sound, lucid and commonsensical opinions courageously delivered a ray of hope in this era of judicial confusion that has left many high-ranking members of both bench and bar wondering what the law is and how the clear status should be interpreted. 

We will carefully study the judgements of the majority and determine the grounds which seem glaring to necessitate an appeal at the Supreme Court. 

All Ogun PDP members are enjoined to not despair for we make bold to say that we won the March 2023 Ogun Governorship Election and we make no apology for that, election bandits will face the full wrought of justice either now or in the nearest future. 

History is a meticulous reckoner.
