As the leading opposition in Ogun State, the PDP has deliberately kept quiet about the disbursement of the government's palliative to the people, expecting that the Dapo Abiodun-led APC government would have outgrown its trademark of serial failure and irresponsibility.
𝙄𝙩 𝙞𝙨, 𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧, 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙨𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙗𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙪𝙙𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙜𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩. 𝙊𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚, 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙈𝙧. 𝘼𝙗𝙞𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙣 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙝 that has greeted the palliative sharing because it has been his habit over time that rather than take responsibility, he will always find someone to blame.
It is not surprising that he had a fallout with a member of his party representing Ogun East Senatorial district just because he believed a member of his party was responsible for his defeat in the senatorial district when it was obvious that his cumulative failure contributed to his defeat.
One thing Mr. Emperor Abiodun has failed to realize is that no amount of blame game can sway the public away from reality. If Mr. Abiodun, with his usual paparazzi, had shared a meaningful palliative to the good people of Ogun State in this age of social media, we are certain that there would be enough evidence to show but as usual of a failed government, 𝙉𝙊 𝙀𝙑𝙄𝘿𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙀 other than cheap media propaganda.
Till today, 𝙈𝙧. 𝘼𝙗𝙞𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙣 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙮𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙖 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙮. One would wonder how it becomes difficult to provide documented proof of payment made to the LGs rather than mere word of mouth.
For the umpteenth time, the statewide rejection of the palliative by members and executives of CDAs remains a valid confirmation of how unpopular the government has become over the years. The poor implementation of the palliatives' distribution in Ogun is a brazen insult to the sensibilities of the good people of the state.
Again, it shows that Dapo Abiodun is bereft of all creative ideas for running a responsible government. Ogun State residents know what is ideal for them; they do not need anybody to instigate them against any irresponsibility and corporate insults from the government. They already know Dapo Abiodun and members of his gang have again squandered and diverted all the money and materials given to each State by the FG to cushion the effects of subsidy removal.
Therefore, 𝙞𝙛 𝘿𝙖𝙥𝙤 𝘼𝙗𝙞𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙣 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤 𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚, 𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙠 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙞𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣 𝙪𝙣𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝙖 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙗𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙜𝙖𝙢𝙚.
Our advice to Mr. Abiodun is that he should begin to wind up as he will be vacating the Governorship seat he dubiously occupied. His days are already numbered.
