DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT, TOLA ADENEKAN BAGS HONORARY DOCTORATE DEGREE IN EVANGELISM

An emeritus youth leader, journalist, development consultant and leader of Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Ayo Ni O Chapel Of Faith, Oke-ilewo Abeokuta, Special Apostle prophet Tola Adenekan has been conferred with Honorary Doctorate Degree (Honoris Causa) in Evangelism (D.EV) by the Divine Theological College and Seminary, Lagos in conjunction with Association of Chartered Christian Theological Institutions INC. USA, Nigeria.

The event which took place at the silver jubilee celebration and convocation of the institute in Lagos also witnessed the graduation of certificate, diploma, bachelor and PHD students of the institution and was presided over by the institution President and Council chairman, Rev. Dr. S. O Owoseni J. P.

Speaking at the occasion Rev. Dr. Owoseni said the institution is a dynamic seminary for the training of church leaders which has trained over 5,000 students in the last 25years as ministers of the Gospel across various christian denominations. 

He said the conferment of the Honorary Doctorate Degree in Evangelism on  Special Apostle prophet Tola Adenekan was in recognition of excellent academic and spiritual attainment, faithful service to the church of our Lord Jesus Christ and upliftment of the moral standards of the people of our community and Nigeria at large.

Responding, Special Apostle prophet (Dr) Tola Adenekan said the award is another call to service to God and humanity pledging to continue to propagate the Gospel for the emancipation of mankind.
