HOPE IS ON THE WAY AS SAWONJO HOLDS ARADOKUN DAY THIS SATURDAY.

 

The Chairman Aradokun day 2022 planning committee, Comrade Hakeem Bankole has said that their is still hope for a better Sawonjo if we can preserving our culture and heritage for the future of unborn generations.

Bankole then urged all Son's and Daughters of Sawonjo onto unity to help strengthen the activities line up for the upcoming Aradokun day celebration.

He appealed to everyone to eschew unwarranted criticism and other behaviors which may detrimental to Sawonjo during and after the celebration.

According to the Chairman Aradokun day Planning Committee, he said Cultural events will take place on Thursday 8th December, 2022 with visit to some deities shrines from 4pm.

Education summit will take place on Friday 9th December 2922 by 9am at Sawonjo Hight School, Sawonjo.

On the same day, Football competition between Sawonjo and Igan-Okoto team by 4pm at Methodist Primary School, Sawonjo.

On the same Friday 9th December, Olokisi night will hold by 8pm at Methodist Primary School, Sawonjo.

Grand finale will hold on Saturday 10th December 2022 by 10am at town Hall feed Sawonjo with Cultural displays such as Masquerades, Gelede, Bolojo Dance and fuji musician as well as entertainment of guests.

It time to rise and protect and pay attention to our hometown, He then pray for success celebration and wish all our kinsmen a safe trip.
