Toyin Amuzu Emerges PDP Candidate for Abeokuta South Federal. Constituency

Chief Toyin Amuzu, TA has emerged the official candidate of the Peoples' Democratic Party, PDP, to represent  Abeokuta South Federal Constituency as a member of the House of Representatives in the 2023 elections.

He defeated Hon Akeem Akintayo and Hon Akin Sorunke to clinch the party ticket in an election conducted by the 5man electoral committee sent from the national body of the party.

Hon Sunday Sodipe also emerged as the state assembly candidate to represent Constituency 1 while Hon Sakiru Sanusi emerged for Constituency 2, both in Abeokuta South Local government.

The election was witnessed by officials of the Independent National Electoral commission, Directorate of State Security Service, DSS, police and the civil Defence.
