2023 Elections: Amuzu Declares Interest To Contest For Abeokuta South Federal Constituency Seat ~ Abamiedaablog

It is an unimpeachable fact that 2023 is very challenging as the People's Democratic Party PDP seeks to break the 12 years of the All Progressive Congress APC in the he premier local government and Ogun State in general, an Egba Chief, Hon. Oluwatoyin Anthony Amuzu has declared his interest in Abeokuta South Federal Constituency seat under the umbrella of the People's Democratic Party PDP to bring back the energy, love and excitement that once held the Grassroots together.

Amuzu pointed out the urgent needs to rejuvenate the Grassroots which is the base of the Party to serve as a foundation holding the Party family to the ground to stand tall amongst other Constituencies in Ogun State.

Chief Amuzu made the declaration in his ward eight (08) on Thursday 24th February 2022 where thousands of Supporters of the People's Democratic Party PDP welcome and excited with Amuzu mission as he emphasis that his reason for lacing his boots for Member House of Rep is to bring back the energy, love, excitement and the lost glory of Abeokuta South Federal Constituency the once held the Party together.

In his own, the Senatorial Youth Leader, Comrade Jamiu Animo-Owo said the Abeokuta South Federal Constituency position is only fit for people who are self dedicated, hard-working, Good Communication skills and above all, someone who understands the cry of the Grassroots to lead the Party to victory.

He explained that the government and the Grassroots must come together and build a formidable structure that would let the party sail through and win.

The Party Elders across the Federal Constituency of Abeokuta South said in modern-day politics, we need a majority to win but not everybody. The choice of candidates determines how Electorates will vote, how to win the majority, and how to hold on to power. In this Multi-task situation, there is a great need to elect someone who has seen it all, tried it all and has proven to know how to make it. So the candidature of Hon. Oluwatoyin Anthony Amuzu is a golden opportunity for us in PDP to bring back the lost glory of Abeokuta South Federal Constituency.

Earlier In his address, the ward party Chairman Mr Olusegun Sedehinde happily welcome the intention of the ASIWAJU LERAGUN EGBALAND at all levels. He boasted that the entire party Members of Ward eight had been admired for the position of Member House of Rep for long time and he believed Almighty God has answered their prayers with mission of Oluwatoyin Anthony Amuzu.

Sodehinde also encouraged those without Permanent Voter's Card to do so as well as Party Membership Registration as PVC and prayers are the tools PDP will use to unseat the ruling party APC.
