OLOWU DEMISE: ACP UDUAK ITA, PCRC PAYS CONDOLENCE VISIT TO OWU PALACE.
The Assistant Commissioner of Police in Charge of Adatan Area Command ACP UDUAK O. ITA today Monday 20th of December 2021 paid a condolence visit to Owu kingdom over the demise of the Olowu of Owu, Oba Adegboyega Dosumu (AMORORO 11).
The Assistant Commissioner of Police ACP UDUAK O ITA and the PCRC team was received by the Balogun of Owu kingdom, Chief Aremu Olusegun Obasanjo and the traditional rulers under Owu kingdom said on behalf of the Nigerian Police Force Ogun State Command led by CP Sikiru Lanre Bankole and PCRC Members Adatan Area Command led Hon. Taiwo Akinlabi that with the immunity of heart commissirate with the traditional rulers under Owu and the Good People of Owu kingdom on the loss of Oba Adegboyega Dosumu Amororo 11 that this great vacuum, God will console everyone and we will not fill the absent because we know we will meet with him in Paradise.
I thank you all the traditional rulers under Owu kingdom for your cooperation with the Olowu of Owu and I encourage you all to continue the cooperation with themselves even with the demise of the Olowu of Owu kingdom, Oba Adegboyega Dosumu Amororo 11, Said ACP UDUAK ITA.
The Chairman PCRC Adatan Area Command Hon Taiwo Akinlabi expressed his shock on the transition of the Olowu of Owu kingdom, Oba Adegboyega Dosumu Amororo 11. He prayed that "God Almighty grants Kabiyesi's soul eternal repose and the people he left behind the fortitude to bear this loss".
Earlier, the Balogun of Owu kingdom, Chief Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo thanked the entire Police team led by ACP UDUAK ITA and the PCRC Members led by the Chairman Hon. Taiwo Akinlabi for their condolence visit to condole with the Good People of Owu over the demise of their Kabiyesi.
I am not surprised of the ACP UDUAK ITA Visit because on her assumption as the Area Commander Adatan Area Command, she has promised on new change and part of the changes we are seeing today, said Obasanjo.
Meanwhile, the news of the first class monarch who passed on Sunday, December 12 after a brief illness, was announced on Tuesday night by the Ogun State Government through a statement by the State Commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs, Hon. Afolabi Afuape.
