61st Independence Anniversary: After Night Comes the Glorious Dawn ~ ABS Charges Nigerians
The Assistant General Secretary of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Apostle Biodun Sanyaolu has urged Nigerians to always remain steadfast and patriotic in their quest for a new and better Nigeria.
Apostle Sanyaolu stated this in his 61st Independence Anniversary Statement released through his media Office in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital. He said freedom doesn't come at ease and therefore must be valued and cherished.
"Freedom is priceless, you can never buy it anywhere. Remember that the freedom we enjoy as Nigerians is as a result of all the fights, hustles and struggles of many of our forefathers & our Fallen Heroes in the Nigerian Military. Let us therefore remember them and pray for the repose of their souls during this Independence Day Anniversary", said Sanyaolu.
He went further to state that the trials of Independence is far more better that any joy in slavery or colonization. He maintained that Nigerians should be optimistic for a better future irrespective of the present struggles and challenges of the Nation noting that after darkness comes the glorious dawn.
Conclusively, he felicitates with the entire Nigerian citizens particularly the ruling class on the 61st Independence Day Anniversary
