Governor Dapo Abiodun's Aide Provides Free Medical Consultation In Oke Lantoro Community.
Dr. Kehinde Ololade, a Senior Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Ogun State, has been constant in the news for his unrelenting supports for health programs in Ogun state and its environs, the recent program was the initiative of the Life Project to celebrate 'WORLD MALARIA DAY 2021' at Oke Lantoro community in Abeokuta, Ogun state.
The event which took place on May 1st, 2021 was put together to kick out Malaria from the community through provision of medical screening, health talks and admonitions, and drugs.
The Senior Special Assistant on Health said that malaria is a dreaded killer not only in Nigeria but in the whole of Africa, therefore, he enjoined parents, guardians, teachers not exempting religious bodies to put measures in place to protect people especially children from mosquito bites.
Dr. Ololade posited that it is a thing of joy for him to support programs that have direct impact on people's lives and that when the organizers of this laudable project contacted him for support he does not only support them financially, he made himself available to offer free medical consultation.
Speaking further on the effectiveness of the program, Dr. Ololade said that over 165 residents benefited from the project, he further mentioned that the government of Prince Dapo Abiodun is committed to the well-being of the good people of Ogun state and this is one of the reasons the administration was able to curtail the dreaded Covid-19 from spreading like wildfire in the state.
He called on well-meaning Ogun state indigenes and most especially corporate bodies and non-governmental organizations to emulate Life Project and embark on this type of initiative to better the lots of the people.
In the final analysis, Dr. Kehinde assured the good people of Ogun state that the present administration will not relent in providing health infrastructures to make life a better place for the citizens of the state.
