History Made as Balogun Nurudeen Olaleye Becomes Alawo Erin of Egbaland.

Leadership is the cause, everything else is effect. The Balogun ira of Gbagura Alhaji Nurudeen Oladunjoye Olaleye has been named as the first Alawo Erin of Egba Land under the Leadership of Alake and paramount Ruler of Egba Land Oba Adedotun Gbadebo, Okukenu IV.

The Honour was bestowed on Alhaji Nurudeen Olaleye in a letter dated 26th April 2021 with Ref Number: ALAKE/CONF.008/VOL.1/176 and personally signed by the Alake and Paramount Rulers of Egba Land.

The letter read: that "I am pleased to inform you of my decision to confer on you the Egba General Chieftaincy tittle of ALAWO ERIN EGBA"

Oba Gbadebo said the honour on is in Recognition of Alhaji Nurudeen Oladunjoye Olaleye of his invaluable services to Egbaland and Nigeria in General, that as an Egba tittle chief, the ALAWO ERIN elect is expected to observe the following:-

(a) To seek at all times the overall interest of Egbaland and Egba People.

(b) To pay visit to the Alake at the palace regularly and give touching Advice on the Culture, Economic and Social Development of Egbaland and so on.

Balogun Nurudeen Oladunjoye Olaleye is the current Chairman Medicine Alternative Board Ogun State.
