Hon. Olufunmilayo Irede Oginni Congratulates the New Alale of Ajilete.

 

............. As Oba-elect Receive Staff of Office Today

On behalf of myself and family of Ajayi-Ire, I wish to express my warmest congratulations to the new Oba-elect, Prince Kazeem Akanbi Aderibigbe Amosun who have been selected by the Ogun State Government as the new Alale of Ajilete in Yewa South local government Area of Ogun State.

In a statement signed and made available in Abeokuta, Oginni said the decision to chose Prince Kazeem Akanbi Aderibigbe Amosun as the Alale of Ajilete is as a result of the unifying virtue the Ajilete has exhibited in the last Seven years.

My heartfelt gratitude goes to our Indefatigable Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun mfr and his hard-working Commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs, Hon. Afolabi Afuape and other relevant people that make it happen.

Hon. Oginni said the appointment of Oba Kazeem Akanbi Aderibigbe Amosun has placed a mammoth task before every sons and daughters of Ajilete, and everyone must therefore go out to execute the role diligence.

She advised the new Alale of Ajilete to see the title as a fresh call to service and ensure he improves on the socio-economic status of Ajilete land. She urged the sons and daughters of Ajilete home and diaspora never to forget their root saying "we all must strive to ensure our homestead, Ajilete, remains a pride of place, because ile labo simi oko" (home is where you go after your labour)

Once again, I wish kabiyesi, on behalf of my family, hearty congratulations on this appointment and wish kabiyesi good health, long life and many years of peaceful and prosperous reign.

The new Alale of Ajilete will expected to begin traditional rites after receiving his staff of Office from the state Government.
