Celebrate Christmas but Remain Healthy — Hon. Taiwo Akinlabi

Hon. Taiwo Akinlabi, the Police Community Relations Committee Chairman, Adatan Royal Area Command also PDP Chairman Ogun Central Senatorial District, Abeokuta Ogun State has urged the Christian across the globe to celebrate the Christmas with Care.

According to him, previous Christmas festivals recorded some negative things such accident, death and injuries.

In a statement made available in Abeokuta Ogun State Capital, Hon. Akinlabi explained that the season is mainly to mark and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

He there cautioned especially the youth to avoid too much drinking and activities that will not yield anything and also advised the general public to be more vigilant during the festive season for better live afterwards.

"Do not involve yourselves in excessive intake of alcohol that will later damage your livers," he added.

Akinlabi later extended his wishes to the general public and also appealed to all to still comply with the covid-19 protocols.

Above all, enjoy yourselves in the presence of God, show and prove the love of Christ to another throughout this season and beyond.
