Stay home! Stay Safe! by Apostle Biodun Sanyaolu (ABS)

Apostle Biodun Sanyaolu, ABSOL FARMS MD

The Managing Director ABSOL Farms Nigeria Limited, Apostle Biodun Sanyaolu, has advised the lovely people of Ogun Central Senatorial District and Ogun State at large to please take note as we prepare for the two or three weeks movement restriction order by the State and Federal Governments.

Please don’t buy soda and/or artificial drinks. This is the time parents can also take the opportunity to teach their children in the house some arts of good cooking, adding the local skills.

Make homemade drinks for yourselves! It’s affordable and will help you save some money.

Stop buying things you don’t need and can do away with; and buy stuffs you need like Rice, Beans,  Wheat, Millet, Gari etc. They are better when stocking up.

Please avoid buying expensive stuffs in periods like these.

Cut down on all unnecessary spending and go for essential items.

Do cook in bulk and store in the freezer to avoid going to town always to get groceries; especially if you are in areas where electricity supply is stable.

In addition, get lots of fruits like Orange, Pineapple, Watermelon etc. and some vegetables; these boost the body immunity as emphasised by Doctors on radio and television programs.

Times like this will make you realize the importance of saving.

Scare your fears and increase your faith. We shall overcome this too as Government has assured.

As we pray and trust in Lord, in this time of the pandemic, let's play our part by obeying common instructions given by the first gentleman of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun.

Stay home! Stay Safe!

God bless Ogun Central Senatorial District!
God bless Ogun State!
God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria!
