OGD ERA: THE COMPURIZATION OF OGUN STATE MINISTRY OF LANDS AND SURVEY.

Ogun Lands:GIS Laboratory, OGD Days

In line with the agenda for a secured future mandate of the Administration of Otunba Gbenga Daniel, the Geographic Information System (GIS) Laboratory was launched, which was another milestone of that government. This is a centre furnished with the latest ICT facilities capable of transforming land registrations, allocatiom and management as well as creating an enabling environment for sustainable housimg and industrial development.

Furthermore, the initiative helped to increased the internally generated revenue of the state ny tranaforming it to an ICT-Centric revenue generation system.

VSAT installation for the Bereau of Lands and Survey was also carried out for effective operation of the ultra modern GIS facility at the Bereau.

Building of solid backbone for the State Government.

WIFI State-Wide Project, WAN Infrastructure, telecommunication with internet access and security. This process which helped to link all Local Government headquarters,  ministries, agencies & parastatals to the State network.

Networking of the Oba's Complex, Oke-Mosan Complete networking and installation of radio at the Tai Solarin College of Education, Omu-Ijebu.
