Ogun State has the Most Peaceful, Effectives Community Policing, CP Oluwole Edgal

The new Commissioner of Police in Ogun State, Imohimi Oluwole Edgal said that Ogun State has the most peaceful and effective community policing in Nigeria today.
CP Oluwole said this on Wednesday 21st of November 2019 when the Members of the Police Community Relation Committee (PCRC) visit him at the command headquarter, Eleweran, Abeokuta, Ogun State capital. in a stakeholders meeting with the Members of the Police Community Relation Committee (PCRC). He said that he is happy he don't have mush to do in Ogun State again that every policeman or woman knows that Ogun State PCRC is the most articulate organized.
Egdal promised to let all area commanders and DPO's knows that in all their activities PCRC must be very deeply involve and they must attend every PCRC meeting in their domain. Police has distance far from the people and the the ladder suppose to climb to meet with the people so that they can understand their needs and that is why when he resume his first assignment is the lunching of citizens complaint hot center that anybody can call in Yoruba, Hausa or in Igbo language.
He advised to report any cases of misconduct by any of his officers that he will deal with any officers found in an unjust act. Any policeman or woman who ask you for money before your matter is being attended to just call the number.

Imohimi thereafter called on the people to work together with Police towards ensuring crime free society.
Earlier in his welcome address, the State PCRC Chairman, Pastor M. A. Lawson said that ogun state PCRC leadership gathered today to welcome and Solicit support to the new Commissioner of Police Imohimi Oluwole Edgal to the most peaceful state in Nigeria.
He said the PCRC in Ogun State is ready to join hands and continue the good work of the PCRC to make the tenure of the new CP successful and the welfare of the officers will be taken care of.
In his keynote address, the South west National Vice Chairman, Alhaji Olaniyan Ibrahim Mogaji Said on behalf of the PCRC national Executives, they were thank God for the life of new CP, even when he was in Lagos he knows that PCRC Ogun State is the best and now CP Imohimi Oluwole is the landlord of the best PCRC in Nigeria.
Olaniyan said he welcome the new commissioner of Police, Oluwole Edgal to Ogun State. He then promised him a full support and wish him a successful tenure that Ogun State will not let him down.
