NANS/JCC Leadership in a group photographs with the DCP, ACP during their Courtesy call
Having drawn our attention to the issue of unlawful arrest and harrasement by the men of the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS), the leadership of NANS/JCC Ogun today met with the Deputy Commissioner of Police on Operations (DC OPS) Ogun State Command, Assistant Commissioner of Police on Operations (AC OPS) Ogun State Command and the O/C IGP X-SQUAD Ogun State Command to register the displeasure of Nigerian Students on the method and approach by the men of the Nigeria Police Force in carrying out their operations.
Internet Fraudster is a menace which our leadership frown against as we urge all students to desist from it.
Today, a delegation of NANS Executives with a committee from the Students Union of Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAABSU) visited the affected areas as instructed by the NANS Chairman.
In our bid to safeguard the interest of Nigerian Students, I urge all Students to remain calm and law abiding as our leadership is committed into finding a solution to the mode and manner of the operations by the men of the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS).
Signed:
COMR. EKUNDINA ELVIS
VICE CHAIRMAN,
NANS OGUN JCC.
