Segun Showunmi visits Wards, says Abeokuta South Federal Constituency Deserves Better Representation

On Thursday and Wednesday, the 27/28th of December 2018, Abeokuta South house of representatives hopeful, Hon. Segun Showunmi met with the ward party members across Abeokuta south federal Constituency of Ogun state.

Showunmi who is the candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) for Abeokuta south federal Constituency lauded the party members for their contributions to the preservation of our culture and tradition. He noted that his visit was to seek their support and thanked them for their trustiness as he kicks off his campaign for the member house of representatives seat Abeokuta South federal Constituency.

Segun Showunmi stated that Abeokuta South federal Constituency can not continue on its current path of representation which is lacking in will and impact. He urged the party members to do their best to ensure the return of a vibrant, effective, impactful and people-orientated representation in Abeokuta South federal Constituency by supporting his ambition.

Empowering women is key to the development of any nation, the PDP Abeokuta south is doing well to serve the good people of the federal Constituency. Don't be deceived by the people who you gave power to in last eight years and did virtually nothing to better tour lives, I will do my best to make sure you are not the way again but you must join hands together to move Abeokuta South federal Constituency to the greater height, Said Showunmi.


Hon. Segun Sowunmi Said Under his tenure if he Elected, he Will implement a Number of Prop Poor Policies including the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), the Youth Employment Programme and the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) Among Others for the Women.

Being the best Candidate of the PDP Abeokuta South Federal Constituency, he Promised to Touch Lives Across Federal Constituency if Elected.

He Said His Priority Is His People And Their Wellbeing, he Is Well Prepared For The Utmost Job At The Upper Chamber Of The National Assembly but all What they Need is to Go to Shop to Shop in their Various Market to Campaign for Others to Support and Vote Senator Buruji Kashamu for Governor, Apostle Biodun Sanyaolu as Senator and  Segun Sowunmi for Rep Abeokuta south federal Constituency come February 16.
