Notification of Protest on Non Payment of 2016, 2017 and 2018 Bursary and Award of Scholarship Since Gov. Amosun Assumption of Office till Date

NOTIFICATION OF PROTEST ON NON PAYMENT OF 2016,2017 AND 2018 BURSARY AND AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIP SINCE YOUR ASSUMPTION OF OFFICE TILL DATE.

The central executive council and Senate House of NAOSS writes on behalf of members across the nation to notify your office of the concluded plan of our members to stage the mother of all protest against the non payment of 2016 to 2018 bursary and inability of your administration to award scholarship to students of ogun state origin since your assumption of office till date.

Sir, our conclusion to use third C of aluta,'CONFRONTATION" arose as a result of the EXHAUSTION of the first and second C of aluta'consultation and consolidation by our members, as several letters of appeal have been written to your office on this matter with no results.

There is no doubt that,the only dividend of democracy that the generality of the students of ogun state origin colud benefit from your government is the payment of bursaries and award of scholarship to NAOSSITES on merit,but it's so disheartening that all constructive approaches used on this issues were taken with levity.

This justify our thoughts that our loyalties has been taken for granted.

Mr governor sir, the architect of modern ogun state,could the opinion that your critics that the payment of bursary in the penultimate year of your first  administration was done to BUY NAOSSITES SUPPORT for your second term a reality?, Sir, permit us to remind you that NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF OGUN STATE STUDENTS (NAOSS) played an important Role towards the success of your election in 2015,but we have only been rewarded with DISAPPOINTMENT.

Sir, it is pertinent to note that you took over the reign of power till date as the governor of our dearest state,no single student of ogun state origin has ever been awarded a scholarship and still we have never for once toes the path of critics on your administration even when there were glaring flaws to castigate your government.

we never withdrew our support for your government despite our suffering.

Sir,if our allegation of non payment of bursary and award of scholarship to students of ogun state origin against your administration since 2014 lack merit,we humbly challenge your government to publish and submit a comprehensive list of beneficiaries in the last 5years.
We have been pushed to the wall and the only option we are left with is to speak in the said language that government understands:PROTEST.

YOUR Excellency, to avert the unwanted SHUT DOWN of commercial activities in the state capital, within THE TIME FRAME OF 15 WORKING DAYS OF THE SUBMISSION OF THIS LETTER we urge you to implement the payment of bursaries and award of scholarship to students of ogun state origin and our colleagues at the NIGERIAN LAW SCHOOL without further delay.

We shall never surrender to any form of OPPRESSION, INTIMIDATION and HARASSMENT..
