PETITION AGAINST IBEDC ABEOKUTA OGUN STATE
This is to use this medium to report the IBEDC Abeokuta to the National Electoral Regulation Commission (NERC) of an injustice going on in our community Okejigbo, Okejigbo is a community in Abeokuta South local Government, Capital of Ogun State.
IBEDC has refuses to maintain their properties in our community deceiving and softly forcing the community to do the mentainance for them. We repaired a transformer only for it to spoilt after a month. ”There is no transformer in our store and your condition is rather pathetic and we cannot help you except you yourself”, in the words of the Technical Engineer (MORUF AKINLABI)
The community worked miraculously to facilitate two new transformer to our community. One was fully installed by the community while the other one was also completed by the community. The contractor handling the second one project paid IBEDC to complete the installation which they did not do. Since the project were completed for three weeks ago. IBEDC has bluntly refused to energize the transformers given us different conditions to fulfill. Its rather a sad story that IBEDC is trying to milk the community dry after the community had spent about #2million on the project.
We seek the intervention of NERC in the matter.

I also have a pressing issue here in grace land,yeponowa community ilogbo,badagry way. They collaborated with phcn not to distribute the prepaid meters,rather the community executives designed a bill totally different from that of phcn and write with pen any amount for people to pay. An account was opened at fcmb to deposit the money. Each house pays nothing less than 10,000 every month. This is annoying.
