Controversial Comments on Saraki's ill-fated Visit to Ojude Oba

1. I think the truth be told. I am an ijebu man and u hardly see us behave idiotic like these people hired by politicians. If actually he stole. This accusations should come from his Constituency or State. These people chanting ole are not from ijebu. Most of them are settlers and hired by the Governor or APC Chieftain. Ijebu people are more decent, comport themselves, learned. Ojude Oba is not for politicking or campaign. Ijebu agbewa o. Ijebu, Omo alare.

2. You are a fake Ijebu man. You also failed to make research about Ojude Oba & the Ijebu people. Saraki & Dino Melaye should not have been invited. There was a problem at an Ojude Oba during the UPN era when Awujale was younger and in opposite camp to the UPN. It is never possible for a rented political crowd at Ojude Oba. There are several visitors who came to celebrate with the Ijebus.

The collapse of two Banks by the Saraki family & the dubious way he assumed the leadership of National Assembly will never be forgotten by majority of the Ijebu elites. It is only a hardened criminal that will target constitutional lapses of simple majority of 1/3rd of the total number of Senators to become Senate President of a nation while noting that 2/3rd member of the total number of Senators is required for impeachment. He stole the Senate Presidency hiding under the constitution. No wonder, Societe Generale and Trade Banks were defrauded till they died.

3. Settlers from Katsina indeed! You are not a thorough bred Omo Obanta. What is Saraki thinking coming with those pigs, Dino, Bruce, Olujinmi etc., if Ojude Oba is not for politicking. Awujale will pay dearly\for that most insensitive decision. It takes an hour to lose respect. Theex dummy of Ijebu State don’t fool anyone. The Speaker of the House is also needed and 24 States concurrent approval. Impossible. Baba is just hungry for relevance as in the past. 11. I will comment in detail later. The Senator representing Ijebu in Ogun State is Senator Buruji Kashamu - a PDP Senator. The Ijebu actually voted PDP in the last election which pained me as an Ijebu indigene. The House of Rep representing my Constituency is also PDP, that is Ladi Adebutu - Baba Ijebu son. Awujale may be a PDP member . He was against Awolowo [UPN] in those days & narrowly escaped being dethroned by UPN government.

12. Sadly for the PDP, the political landscape in the SW is quite different today and I see the PDP losing across the board all over the South West and Saraki himself losing in Kwara and Dino losing in Kogi.

The PDP can not even win a Dog House in the North and their strong /South East/South South are falling with many elected PDP members defecting every day.

Nigerians generally have little appetite for the PDP.

You are right, the Awujale is definitely PDP, he shouldn't have invited politicians to that Cultural event, especially, hated politicians like Saraki, Dino and the lousy con man, Ben Bruce.

You need to make an indepth study of their behaviour before you jump to conclusion like that.
Most of them are business men, self-made stinkingly rich and dont have time for Charlatans like Saraki.
They see him as a 'stain' to the Yoruba race and the hard-working, industrious mind-set of the Ijebus.
And for him to even come to their backyard, on their Ojude-Oba's day, was just too much for them to swallow.

If not that the Awujale was held in very, very high esteem and the Ojude-Oba was their own showpiece, l tell you they would have done worse.
I just hope the Awujale will not stretch his luck too far before they disgrace him because these Jebusites are not known to keep quiet for too long. grin grin
