The Believe Movement will continue to promote Values and Good Governance - Isiaka

A Governorship aspirant in Ogun State, Prince Gboyega Nasir Isiaka has said that The Believe Movement (TBM), an Ogun state based sociopolitical mass movement, remains firmly committed to the ideals of values, morals in politics, good governance and empowerment of the needy in the society.

He said this at the inauguration of The Believe Movement Constituency Managers in Remo Federal Constituency of the state.

Prince Isiaka who was joined at the inauguration by the Ogun state governorship candidate of the Unity Party of Nigeria in 2015,  Otunba Rotimi Paseda, noted that Nigerian politics is witnessing an influx of movements as against political parties and this is due to the broken down system.

While reaffirming that TBM has blazed the trail in this regard, he noted the Movement's resolve to continue promoting good ideal, morals and shun all forms of bitterness in politics and compromise of conscience among the electorate.

According to him "We need to enlighten our people that politics is for everyone and not necessarily a game of bitterness. Politics must not be left to people without jobs. Ideally, we all should all participate in politics."

"We will continue to propagate ideals that promotes values and good governance in Ogun State and Nigeria. We also want to empower the needy and advocate good governance. More Importantly, We have to entrench good, people-centred democracy in our society."

Prince Isiaka however urged the newly inaugurated constituency managers to stay true to the ideals of the movement, saying this would go a long way in ensuring increased participation in politics and by extension, a truly democratic society that guarantees life more abundant to all.
