In his lecture, the guest lecturer and former Senior Officers of the Nigerian Police Force, Alhaji Chief Fatai O. Lawal said if we can recall loving discipline when we were a child?

He said the key to being a leader is the advantages of discipline discipline has two faces; willpower or punitive measures. We often found ourselves being directed by our caregivers and being punished for not following directions.

He said the key to being a leader is not focusing on being likable, albert, eventually likability and or respect become a natural by product. The key to a leader in creating a wave of positive change is being disciplined in every area so that others will follow your walk, not just your talk. What is your #1 priority everyday? Answer this question, and that's where you will find who or what you truly love.

As the lecture going, he said we have egos and weaknesses that need to be redirected and the questions he submitted is what is your area of weakness ? What does the face of your ego look like?

He ended the lecture that if you feel you don't have an ego, there is your ego. If you can humble yourself and realize that you are a work in progress and follow others to encourage you and begin the rebuilding process, then you are taking the first step and stomping on the snake's head called ego.
