......... Things to do to Avoid COVID-19

Over the past three (3) days, the Stay-At-Home mantra has been on the lips of many; yet some are refusing to follow the Government's directive.

COVID-19 has claimed many lives across the globe and those deaths are real. Why don't we follow the simple protocol of staying at home? The virus moves only if we move.

Wearing face masks, using hand sanitizer and gloves are very good but staying at home makes it easier to identify those infected so that they can be treated.

This is not the time to fight our security whose mandate is to maintain law and order. Let us not jeopardize our lives for the sake of nothing; rather STAY AT HOME to stop the spread. We are in this together!

As we are all staying home, let us follow these guidelines:

Wash your hands regularly with water and Soap

Cough or Sneeze into your upper sleeve or use a tissue which must be disposed immediately

Maintain Social distancing of up to two meters with others

Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands

Stay informed on Developments about COVID-19 on TV or Radio
