We have Come to Rescue Nigeria from hardship.... Mega Party of Nigeria

Little did we know when the announcement was made on the radio for good two days till this morning 15 Feb 2018 about the inauguration of the Ogun state chapter of Mega Party of Nigeria.

No wonder people started trooping into the party secretariat at old Nepa office Akin Olugbade Abeokuta as early as 8 am in the morning.

By 10am the venue was full to the brim with hundreds others securing seating space outside the arena just to catch a glimpse and be part of the program. It was indeed a mammoth crowd.

Journalists from different media houses, S.S.S, uniformed policemen and other security agencies were on ground.

After the opening prayer, national anthem and goodwill messages from representative of each senatorial districts, Barr Wasiu Sanni administer the oath of office on the state executives then follow my the local government executives.

In his inauguration speech, the new inaugurated chairman Alh Moshood Adeshina reiterated his stand that Mega Party has come to take over the government in Ogun State. He urged members of the party in the state to get prepared for the task ahead.

The chairman frown at any anti party activities from any member as member found culpable will be dealt with according to the constitution of the party. He then read the manifesto of the party which include provision of food, job opportunities and power among others.

"Our party is a party for the masses. We have come to rescue Nigerians from hardship, we have come to help restore the lost glory of Ogun State and to succeed in this "SPECIAL MISSION" all hands must be on deck. Mega party is here to do the unthinkable " Alhaji Adeshina repeated.

In her vote of thanks the state woman leader of the party, Mrs. Nike Ejioye thanked all members of the inauguration committee and the entire executives of Mega Party Ogun for the success of today's program. She did not forget to mention other leaders and members that helped to make today a memorable one.

All the 20 local government chairmen, vice chairmen, secretary, woman and youth leaders were present. Also all the leaders from all the 3 senatorial districts were present.

The icing of the cake was when not less that 100 former members of APC from Ogun central decamped to Mega party. The leader of the team said he was impressed with the manifesto of the party and wish to join hands to rescue Ogun people from the bondage of this callous party call APC.
